Below are options for making your monthly maintenance payments:
All payments should be made out to Coral Spring Garden East Association

1. Web Axis Portal - To start the registration process, please go to https://acctedge.cincwebaxis.com. Once you register, we will review, and email will be sent completing your registration. On the portal you will be able to view your maintenance ledger, make payment using bank account or credit card. There are no fees if you setup an autopay ACH. There is a fee for payments via echeck of $2.99 of one time payments and $1.99 for recurring transactions and payments via credit card will incur a charge of 3.50% of the transaction amount.

2. Lockbox – Payments can be mailed to the lockbox. Make sure the check is made to the Association Name, including the unit number and account number. Mail to PO Box 160637, Miami, FL 33116.
